I met Stacy's mom at a Bazaar in Inobong yesterday. Banyak juga yang kami chit-chat dan salah satunya ialah aktiviti Stacy yang akan datang di Sabah. And that will be 'Makan Malam Amal Bersama Juara AF6' on the 18 August 2008, 7.00pm at Pusat Kebudayaan Penampang. Selain Stacy, rakan-rakan seniornya yang lain seperti Ebi, Nora, Farha, Candy dan Felix juga turut ada pada malam tersebut.
Sepatutnya makan malam ini dibuat pada 31 Julai 2008 tapi telah ditunda atas sebab-sebab tertentu dan salah satunya ialah makan malam ini dibuat bersempena dengan ulangtahun kelahiran Stacy.
Tujuan sebenar makan malam ini diadakan adalah untuk memberi sumbangan ikhlas kepada Persatuan Pesakit Thalasemia Sabah. My cousin and I are helping them to sell the tickets so whoever yang sukar untuk mendapatkan tiket tersebut, just let us know.
Meanwhile, please go and get your copy of Intrend latest issue. Stacy menjadi cover dan banyak gambar yang comel-comel dan juga cerita mengenai Stacy.

Yes. You saw it right! I got Linda's KaDus Album :) In fact, the moment I saw it in her Blog, I immediately call Marie to get my copy but unfortunately, they were busy unpacking their boxes. Marie told me, the albums can only be distributed/sold on Monday (today). Sabar saja!
I took leave today as I have emergency matters to settle. Around 9am I received a call telling me that the album is ready to be collected. Yes! Can't wait already. After I settled everything, I went to Marie's office (GEM) to get my copy.
I've listened the whole album. I will make review later. But I tell you, you gonna like this album. Lain dari yang lain. Rugi tidak beli :) To those of you who couldn't understand the KadazanDusun language, get anybody to translate them for you.
At this moment, I kinda like 'Upus Tolidang', 'Kotohuadan', 'Upus om Langad Ku' and 'Mitongkiad Kito'. But I'll see as it goes - the CD is still playing in my computer!

Saya telah menerima berita yang amat menyedihkan. Bapa Linda Nanuwil telah meninggal dunia di Hospital Queen Elizabeth, Kota Kinabalu pada hari ini.

Bernama TV melalui saluran Astro 502 akan menyiarkan secara langsung debat antara Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek dan Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim pada malam ini, jam 9.00 malam. TV9 juga akan menyiarkan debat ini.
Saya akan tengok jugalah debat ini tapi kalo boring, saya tidak akan teragak-agak menukar ke channel AXN dan menikmati program kegemaran saya, CSI New York :D

Alangkah bagusnya kalo di Sabah ada perhentian bas macam ni. Berjam-jam tunggu tu bas pun tidak kisah yang penting hati tenang dan senang.
Tapi itu semua adalah dalam mimpi saja. Perhentian bas yang ada di sini, kalo bukan atap dia sudah terbang, tempat duduk jadi tempat letak kaki. Buat besi pun boleh bengkok apa lagi kalo setakat papan. Selagi mentaliti kita tidak peka kepada environment, selagi itu lah kita tidak akan dapat menikmati perhentian bas macam di gambar ini.

The New Wimbledon Champion
After Spain claimed the Euro 2008, it's Rafael Nadal's (also from Spain) turn to claim his first title in Wimbledon. He also ended Federer domination who is on his way to create history to become the first man to win sixth consecutive championships.

I've watched their first three match with Nadal leading 2-0 and Federer leading 5-4 in the third set when they suspended the match due to heavy rain. I gave up and retired for the night. But I hoped Nadal would win :)
what a relief!
Came in to the office this morning, first thing first, I checked the internet. And it was Nadal happy face all over. He beats Federer 6-4, 6-4, 6-7, 6-7, 9-7. By the look of it, it was definitely a tough match for both of them. And like I said in my last posting, "Let the best man wins!". Nadal played a fantastic tennis. I'm gonna watch the repeat especially the decider set.
No pain, no gain
Nadal should thank the rain, the wind and the darkness, coz Federer blamed the Mother Nature for his lost. When you are lost, it's easier to blame to anyone or to anything hahaha

This is truly amazing. After Venus beat her sister Serena in Women's singles 7-5, 6-4 they paired up to beat Lisa Raymond of the USA and Samantha Stosur of Australia, 6-2, 6-2 in Women's Doubles. It was their third Wimbledon Doubles Title.

Tonight, we will watch Federer against Nadal in Men's Singles Finals. Federer is determine to make it a sixth and a first for Nadal. Let the best man wins!

It will be All-Williams final this coming Saturday. And this will be their third wimbledon final with Serena winning both. This is also their first final at any tournament since 2003.
In the semi-finals, Venus beat the fifth seeded Elena Dementieva, 6-1, 7-6. And Serena beat 133rd ranked Zheng Jie of China, 6-2, 7-6.

I enjoyed watching Jie Zheng playing against Nicole Vaidisova last night. They went to a decider set which saw Jie Zheng won the game, 6-2, 5-7, 6-1. She is set to play against Serena Williams in the semi-finals. All the best to her.
Meanwhile, Tamarine Tanasugarn of Thailand, gave a good fight on Venus Williams. But Venus being more experienced and who is also the defending champion here, won the game 6-4, 6-3.
In the semi-finals, Venus will play against Elena Dementieva who beat her compatriot Nadia Petrova, 6-1, 6-7, 6-3.
Who do you want see in the finals? I love to see Jie Zheng with Venus Williams. But actually, whoever in the finals should be okay with me coz I like all the semi-finalists.

Latest casualties in Wimbledon were 3rd ranked Jelena Jankovic and no. 4 Svetlana Kuznetsova. Jankovic was defeated by another Asian, Tamarine Tanasugarn who is from Thailand. This means, all top 4 players were out of Wimbledon. The remaining top 10 are, Elena Dementieva (5), Serena Williams (6) and Venus Williams (7). As for men's singles, out of top 10 ranked players, only Roger Federer (1) and Rafael Nadal (2) remain in the competition.
This is the most shocking Wimbledon history. All top players were ousted. Could we have unseeded player to win the championship this year? We will find out soon.
In the meantime, Jie Zheng of China survived 4th round by defeating Agnes Szavay (15).
