The Amazing Race 12 - The Million Dollar's Leg

  • Ron and his daughter Chris took the early lead but then Chris freaked out during the Roadblock and took the second place. Maybe this is karma. Actually I'm not in favour of Chris asking the ticketing clerk at Japan telling lies to Nat and Jen.
  • But what I like this father and daughter team is they supported each other. I like the way Chris encouraged her father doing every task. She kept on saying "Good job, dad" which is so good to hear.
  • Nic and his grandpa Don took the third spot. Phil also announced that Don is the oldest racer to ever reach the final 3. This team made a huge mistake on their Detour by leaving their bag (utensils) behind.
  • TK said in an interview, nice guy would be rewarded and that's why they always try to be nice throughout the Race. They proved it and it paid off! So, it's a lesson to all future Racers. Be good, communicate well, control your temper and support each other will definitely help to win the Race.
  • Ron said, "it's not over till it's over". But The Amazing Race 12 is definitely over. We wait for the next Race. If there is another all-stars race, I love to see Chris in it. I just love her :)

The Amazing Race 12 - Episode 10

Nathan and Jennifer continue arguing. And it cost them a one million opportunity. They missed their chance to be in the final three.



And these are the final three. My favourite, a father and daughter team - Ronald & Christina. Dating team - TK & Rachel. And also, another favourite team of mine, a Grandson and Grandfather team - Nicolas & Donald.

Which of this team will win the million dollars? Let's find out tomorrow night on AXN.

The Amazing Race 12 - Episode 9

  • I'm so glad to see Chris and her dad won this leg of the Race. Thanks to her fluency in Japanese. That's help a lot.
  • Jen & Nate continue arguing. If they don't settle their communication & relationship, they will be in a big trouble.
  • Nick & Don came in third place after 'battling' the robots using hand phones in the Detour. It's a very advance invention by the Japanese.
  • TK & Rachel made a bad decision on their flight to Osaka, Japan. It made them the last team to arrive but lucky for them it was a non-elimination leg. But, they will face a Speed Bump, a new task they introduce this season, in the next race. Can they catch up after being a few hours behind of the other teams? Let's find out tonight on AXN at 9.00pm
  • Who will be going home? And who will be in the final 3? I hope Chris and her dad, Ron can make it! I love to see them in the finals and who knows, will win the million dollars!

The Amazing Race Asia 2 - Episode 6

  • Should it be an eliminating leg - for sure Pam & Van are gone by now as they were the last team to arrive. Lucky for them, the Race continues!
  • All teams has wasted their time locating the Taekwondo School - in Jongro. My guess is, there could be many taekwondo school in Korea! Even local taxi drivers AND policeman had no idea where it is.
  • Marc & Rovi accused the Singaporeans team stole their cab. But as I can see, the cab was actually belong to Pam & Van who just arrived at Jongro. Marc & Rovi alighted the cab. And when Pam & Van exited from the cab, the two teams ran for it but it was Collin who hopped in first.
  • Black belt holder, Daichi couldn't break the board - funny isn't it?
  • Bad decision from the Japanese at the Detour. They opted for the food delivery in which they abandoned half way and went back for the Slither. They lost some precious time!


  • It's not a wrong decision by Henry & Terri to yield Marc & Rovi as they didn't know whether they're behind or ahead of them. How could they know? They knew there are a few more clues in the box and who knows Marc & Rovi could've lost their way. But only one thing just made me wonder - why did they yield their fellow countrymen? They hated the dancing moms, so why they didn't chose them?
  • Another bad decision from the Japanese. They should've yielded the dancing moms. Daichi said in an interview, he didn't know whether the moms are ahead or behind them. If he knew, they were behind them, he said, he could have yieled them. If I were them, to be in a safe side - just yield them! Just like Henry & Terri did :)
  • Only Marc & Rovi entered the Nurimaru Apec House - legally :) The rest of the teams climbed the gate as they were intruders!

  • Maybe many of you don't like what the dancing moms did - by deceiving the Japense team that they have to go to the airport for the next clue. It's a RACE, mind you! To me, I'll do anything to WIN! I could do the same thing what the moms did especially when you know that you are the last two teams behind.

  • Lady luck is with Marc & Rovi. Marc unlocked the padlock on his first try!

  • Because of many bad, the Japanese team eliminated from the Race.

  • I didn't watch the last episode as they aired it on Christmas Eve! I didn't even catch the re-run coz I was so busy the whole week. Upon checking CBS, nobody was eliminated. I don't know whether I'm able to watch the show tonight coz I'll definitely busy BBQ-ing!!

Shana Wall of The Amazing Race Season 12

No wonder she looks so familiar. She is the ex-girlfriend of Ryan Seacrest after all. She had a strong character in the Amazing Race 12. She didn't shed a tears when they were told that they've been eliminated from the Race. It proved that money is not a big problem for her, I think. But her team mate, Jennifer were in tears!

The Amazing Race Season 12

I have been busy. Didn't have the time to update my blog :) Di hujung-hujung tahun ni banyak betul mo buat. Mo hampir meletup kepala ni. Sabar saja.

I watched Amazing Race but couldn't have the time to review the show and posted in here. Well, I will try to blog immediately the next time.

Teams eliminated for the past 2 weeks were:


Lorena & Jason

Remember Lorena yelling at Jason during milking the camel session? Yes, she's the one. Bikin panas. Nasib baik si Jason tu cool saja.


Shana & Jennifer

Now Shana & Jennifer has been eliminated, there are no more two female team in this Race. Meaning, after 12 season, TAR still couldn't produce a two female team to win the Race. Asia jugalah yang buat sejarah or to be exact Malaysian team (Zabrina & Joe Jer) jugalah yang boleh!

The Amazing Race Season 12

I have to admit I missed the first few episodes of the Amazing Race season 12. Blamed it to the bad weather. There were no Astro services in my area. AND my streamyx too was a problem! I thought it was only a temporarily until I reported it to '100'. My streamyx restored today - thank goodness!

So, what did I miss? They had eliminated three teams. And they are, (from left to right) Ari & Staella, Kat & Pat and Marianna & Juliana.



The remaining teams are :


Azaria & Hendeka, Nathan & Jennifer, Kynt & Vyxsin

Lorena & Jason, Nicolas & Donald, Ronald & Christina

TK & Rachel, Shana & Jennifer

Too bad, I didn't have the chance to get to know the three eliminated teams. But this 12th season of the Amazing Race, I think I'm gonna follow Nicolas & Donald AND Ronald & Christina teams. Why? because the teams each had an elderly team member. I really wanted to see at least an elderly member in a team win the race! Go team Go!
