Andy Roddick won the first round of tennis US Open 2008. More over, it was a straight set against Fabrice Santoro of France. What else? Oh yes! THE Roddick's final match point! His powerful serve made Santoro just stood and watched without making any attempt to return the ball. Later, Santoro protested which is so childish to me. Roddick won 6-2, 6-2, 6-2.
Roddick next opponent would be Ernests Gulbis of Latvia. What's interest me is, Roddick and Gulbis shared the same birthday and that would be, tomorrow August 30th.
In a shocking news. Top seed and World No. 1, Ana Ivanovic stumbled down in her second round game. She lost to Julie Coin of France, 3-6, 6-4, 3-6.

Congrats to One Nation Emcees for winning GangStarz season 2 last night. They've beaten Akasia of Malaysia, Paragon Child and Three Point Five from the Philippines and also D'Reborn from Indonesia.
They sang Kuda Hitam, Madu dan Racun, Don't Phunk with My Heart and a duet with Jeffry Din, Mas Mona and Kenanganku.
They won USD100k and also RM10k for obtaining the most votes through SMS.

He has received a RM300k and also RM3000 monthly pension for life. AND he would be conferred a Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (DSPN) which carries the title Datuk on August 30th.

Sekali sekala dengar Stacy nyanyi lagu slow pun ok juga. She also sang Makhluk Tuhan Paling Seksi and Aku Stacy during the Charity Concert at Penampang Cultural Centre, last night.
Tapikan, saya kesian juga tinguk tu VIP. Pandangan diorang terlindung oleh orang ramai yang berkerumun di depan stage. Nasib baik si Stacy bersikap profesional. I think she knew the situation. She went down from the stage and approached the VIPs table untuk bersalaman. Very good attitude Stacy! Keep it up!

I was stunned and I was speechless. I'ver never watched such a fast and fierce game from Lin Dan before. Lee Chong Wei was out of his league. Lin Dan showed us a world-class performance. It also means, we have so much, much more to learn!
But to Chong Wei, if you are reading this (huhu, perasan kunun Chong Wei baca blog saya). But still I wanna say this to Chong Wei, Congratulations! You make us Malaysians very proud of you. An Olympic silver medal is better than nothing! Better luck in the future!

Saya sebenarnya tidak berkesempatan menonton FFM21, terkejut apabila menerima sms daripada De5 mengatakan Stacy gugup atas pentas. Bila saya tanya selanjutnya, beliau memberitahu Stacy macam tidak bersedia untuk buat persembahan.
Well, to me, nobody is perfect. Insiden tu akan berlaku kepada sesiapa saja yang bergelar artis. Biar artis tu lama atau baru, it tends to happen. Ini merupakan proses pembelajaran. Kesilapan akan mematangkan artis tersebut untuk lebih berhati-hati di masa-masa akan datang.
To Stacy, don't worry too much about this. Life must go on. Keep rocking girl! And see you on the 18th of August 2008!
